What should I do if the product is not received?
If the latest estimated delivery date has passed and the product has not been received, you can either open a request in the Conflict Resolution Center or simply send us a message using this form or email us at info@zozozon.com. Please make sure to do this within 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date
What should I do if the product does not match the description?
If you have received an item that does not match the description, you can open a return request in the Conflict Resolution Center. Specify the reason as: “I received an item that does not match the seller’s description,” and then select the item from your shopping list on the next screen. Alternatively, you can simply send us a message using this form or email us at info@zozozon.com
How do I return the purchased product?
If you need to return a purchased product, please contact us via email at info@zozozon.com or visit the Resolution Center to initiate the return process. You can also use this form to let us know about the return. Provide us with the necessary details, and we will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
