Return & Warranty Policy


1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you purchased a product from ZOZOZON, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.


To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and undamaged

It must be returned in the original packaging

All labels, tags, and protective elements must remain intact


Excluded items:

Custom-made or personalized products

Perishable goods

Sealed items that cannot be returned once opened (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear)

 

 

2. How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email and provide:

The reason for the return

The tracking number (if applicable)

Please pack the product securely. If the item is damaged due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to deduct repair costs from the refund.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide return labels.

 

 

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned product.

If the product or packaging is damaged, a reasonable deduction may apply.

 

 

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., Makita, Bosch). Please note:

Spare parts must be installed by an authorized service center

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty

Warranty duration may vary by brand and region. Check the manufacturer’s official website for details.

ZOZOZON is not an authorized service center and does not provide warranty repairs.

 

 

5. Compliance with Consumer Laws

We comply with consumer protection laws in all countries we ship to.

If your country provides extended rights or return periods, these may apply.

 

6. Seller-Initiated Order Cancellation

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

The item is unavailable

There are shipping limitations

Fulfillment is delayed due to remote stock


In these cases, we will offer:

Alternative shipping (with added cost), or

A full refund
