What should I do if the product is not received?

If the latest estimated delivery date has passed and the product has not been received, open a request in the Conflict Resolution Center. This can be done within 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date.

What should I do if the product does not match the description?

If you have received an item that does not match the description, open a return request in the Conflict Resolution Center. Specify the reason for opening the request: I received an item that does not match the seller's description, and then select the desired item from the shopping list on the next screen.
