Delivery times
Updated weekly, based on our recent shipments. These are typical times, not promises or guarantees.
From payment to dispatch
The time depends on the item. The product page shows which of the three applies: Ready to ship, Ships within a week, or Availability on request.
Business days. Typical time (most orders fall within the range in brackets).
| Brand | Ready to ship (our warehouse in Estonia, EU) | Ships within a week | Availability on request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Makita & Dolmar | 2 (1–4) days | 5 (3–8) days | Confirmed within 1 business day |
| Bosch & Dremel | 2 (1–4) days | 7 (4–10) days | Confirmed within 1 business day |
| Electronics and other brands | 2 (1–4) days | 6 (3–9) days | Confirmed within 1 business day |
Availability on request. We confirm availability and delivery time with you, usually within 1 business day, before you pay. Usually it turns out to be one of three: in stock at a supplier and shipped within a week; ordered from the manufacturer, usually in a few weeks (for some Makita items from Japan and other countries it can take longer, in rare cases several months); or no longer produced.
